Shipping policy
Every Zavelle Collective piece is printed especially for you once you place your order. Delivery happens in two stages: production, then shipping.
Production time: Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
- United Kingdom: allow approximately 5–8 working days after dispatch for standard delivery. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, and delivery service.
- European Union: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 working days
These are estimates. Busy periods, holidays, and customs checks can sometimes cause delays.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Express delivery is available for eligible UK orders where offered at checkout.
Tracking: When tracking is available, we'll send you the tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Multiple items: Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities, so they might arrive in separate parcels. You won't be charged extra for this.
International orders: Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please email support@zavellecollective.com with your order number, and we'll help put it right.
